Founder Secretary of DANA, Dr Banerjee is a very senior psychologist who has been practicing as Psychological Counsellor for almost 30 years. She is Coordinator of the PG Diploma Course on 'Psychological Counselling & Behaviour Management' being organized by DANA in collaboration with the W.B. State University. She is also associated with Hope Foundation and Asha Niketan.
